In this news release we have sought to include some other key events and meetings that took place during 2013. As you will see DLRS have been very busy promoting our unique services and skills. Strategically, DLRS have identified opportunities to develop our presence outside our traditional markets of Ireland and the UK, working with excellent organisations and individuals. We are delighted to be associated with new partners, we exhibited for the first time at Intergraf, a world renowned security exhibition and seminar and welcomed many customers and friends to our plants. In all 2013 was a year of great change at DLRS. We continue to strive to be the best we can for our customers and look forward to welcoming many new customers in 2014.

1. Royal Advertising & Security, Dubai visit DLRS.
Mr Mazen Awamleh, Managing Director and Mr Main Awamleh, Chief Designer visited DLRS to discuss opportunities to work with DLRS on Passport and Identity solutions.
Royal Advertising is based in Dubai in U.A.E and Amman, Jordan.
The company has extensive experience developing security solutions and see this as an opportunity to leverage DLRS production capabilities and create a knowledge transfer between both companies.
DLRS are delighted to be associated with such a prestigious company from United Arab Emirates and look forward to creating an excellent working relationship.
2. Assistant Director Banking at Central Bank of Uganda visited both DLRS plants as part of a quality review.
DLRS were delighted to welcome Mr Isaac Seguya from Central Bank of Uganda to sign off a job on press at our Bray location. Such occasions give DLRS the opportunity to showcase our technical capabilities and confirm our commitment to such long term customers.
Mr Isaac Seguya said “It was nice going through the design and production process of our security paper. Indeed your processes, procedures and quality assurance don’t leave anything to chance and I must note that I was impressed.”
DLRS are developing our presence in a number of African markets and see our long term relationships with such prestigious customers as an excellent introduction to the market.

3. DLRS engage a New representative for Tanzania
DLRS are delighted to announce that Mr Harry Tuluhungwa will represent DLRS in the Tanzanian market for security products and solutions .Harry has many years’ experience dealing with blue chip financial and government customers.
DLRS are committed to developing our presence in Africa and continue to work with banks and governments directly to add value and reduce fraud and counterfeit. 4. Launch of the New Free Travel card

DLRS exhibit at Intergraf Vienna
DLRS are delighted to have attended our first Intergraf security printers conference as an exhibitor. This conference is a very prestigious world renowned event held internationally. This year it was in Vienna, Austria during December. DLRS received a lot of very welcome praise from governments and suppliers alike for our very striking exhibit. We were further bolstered by an excellent presentation by Mr Joe Nugent, Passport Services, Department of Foreign affairs on the Anti-counterfeiting measures incorporated into the New Irish Passport.
Earlier in the year the Irish government launched the New Irish passport, designed, manufactured and project managed by DLRS.
